Raju Nepali is the Chief Executive Officer of FindWays Adventure (P.) Ltd. Aside from being the CEO of the company Mr. Raju is also a ‘Yoga Teacher’ and a ‘Nature Lover’. He is well known for his dynamic, flexible and open-minded professional leadership quality and works with very hard passion and devotion towards his profession. Mr. Raju, always gives priority to provide first-class services to his guests. With hands-on extensive knowledge of Trekking, Climbing, rafting, and adventure he has settled in this industry for many years.

Mr. Mahesh Raj Dahal, is a very respected and renowned member of the Nepalese society, he has been guiding FindWays Adventure with his extensive knowledge and connections all around the world.

Mr. Sharan Sharma is director and tour planner of this company. He has leaded many trips all over Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India very effectively. He is a back-bone of this company and is always with new ideas. He has innovative concepts of tourism in Nepal, which is providing the foreigners with international level of services all the way through excellent management. He have travel many countries and have a broad knowledge and great communication skills.

Mrs. Kamala Nepali, organize smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate with our team and guests. She also manages other activities such as event planning. She holds to do planning, and coordination of administrative procedures and systems.

Mr. Saran Tandukar is one of our most experienced and energetic team leaders and he has been trekking in the Himalayas since 2010. He is government authorized trekking guide. Has done many expeditions all over Nepal.

Bhushan Duwal has a passion for Expedition and Trekking many years of living and climbing in high altitudes. He received his training as a Trekking and Mountain Climbing Guide from the Nepal Mountaineering Association and has basic English sufficient for communication during climbing and trekking. His climbing experience includes Mount Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Manaslu.

Nurbu Tamang, is one of our most experienced and energetic guides and he has been trekking in the Himalayan region since 2007. He is especially for the peak and higher camps on mt. Everest on several expeditions.

Mr. Shashi Kumar Giri is a migration lawyer by profession and holds 15 years experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of FindWays Adventure (P). Ltd.

She look after the daily office work at the office and manages the front desk.
